All of us appreciate the opportunity to be part of your vacation during this troubling time of the COVID 19 virus. You are bringing us into your home and we want to let you know we are careful in our food safety practices.

We are taking the Coronavirus COVID-19 very seriously. Fortunately, we already follow Food Safety Laws recommended by the Mexican Health Department. We make sure that all our standard operating procedures regarding sanitation are being strictly upheld and followed.

We also now follow the guidelines and directives from the CDC, WHO and food industry experts. We have increased our sanitation standards and will have ongoing education with our staff on the preventative measures being continuously updated by the CDC regarding food, food handling and safety.

COVID SAFE PRACTICES-

• Clean with soap and sanitizer our kitchen and pantry.
• Increase our sanitation efforts and maintain strict hand washing and mask guidelines.
• Educate our staff on prevention, as provided by the CDC.
• Make sure our staff follow our sick leave policy – staff stay home if they do not feel well.

 During the last 15-years here in Puerto Aventuras, we have gotten to know you and you have come to know us. This ‘little problem’ will soon pass and we will get through this as a community.
